Say you were looking to buy Bitcoin and time was not an issue, what method is the cheapest? Coinbase charged 1% on bank orders but don't support Canada anymore so looking for alternative.

To get the convo started I researched Flexeticket that is sold at brick and mortar locations in Canada for 10 20 50 100 250 denominations for cash or debit no visa
Merchant charges anywhere from 1.75 to 10 if i remember coreectly then bitaccess charges 2% market value to redeem voucher
Basically if you buy $250 its 5%
You can purchase $2000 a day but requires phone number and ID

Netcoins redeems flexeticket too havent researched them though

What other methods are cheaper then 5%?

I don't know about the cheapest service but I have used LocalBitcoins in the past and it was very good. You can deal with people and it is really safe and fast. You can choose from different offers and rates, I can only recommend it.
